Support Overview

You have a variety of support options for Embedthis products:

• Embedthis Commercial Support.

  All licensed products include 12 months paid support as part of the Commercial License benefits. With a commercial license, you may email support with questions at support@embedthis.com. Premium support packages and phone support are also available.

  When contacting support, please include your license number in your support request. Support and maintenance are renewable each year.

• Community Support Mail List.

  These mailing lists are community based email groups where users can share ideas and ask questions about specific products. You can also search the forum for answers to past questions. See the Forums for more details.

• The Embedded Web Blog.

  Read the background behind Appweb and Ejscript and about technologies for the Embedded Web. See http://embedthis.github.com/.

• Contributors Agreement.

  To contribute patches to Embedthis manage projects, you will need to first complete the Contributors Agreement.
