You have a variety of support options for Embedthis products:
Commercial support is available for current versions of products with a commercial license. For legacy versions, special support programs are available. Premium support packages and phone support are also available. With commercial support, you may email support with questions to email@example.com. When contacting support, please include your license details and full problem description in your support request. Support and maintenance are renewable each year.
Maintenance programs provide security patches, software updates and upgrades. Maintenance is available only for the current software version and is not available for end-of-life / legacy versions of products.
Open source customers should report issues and ask defined questions on the GoAhead Issue Database.
You may use the GoAhead Issue and Bug Database to report bugs, issues and ask questions. Commercial customers should contact Embedthis directly for issues.
